Full Time Associate Veterinarian

Website Highland Animal Hospital

Are you looking for a practice that provides you with a specific roadmap on achieving your goals instead of just taking the talk about mentoring and development?  What about a place that actively prevents drama by having a supportive team and takes your quality of life seriously?  Is practicing top quality medicine with access to advanced point-of-care diagnostics and continuing education on the top of your priority list?  If so, you’ve come to the right place!

Highland Animal Hospital is a growing, privately owned small animal practice eager to welcome the cream of the crop of the veterinary profession.  Located in the quaint city of Central Square, NY, you’ll find a close-knit community, affordable cost of living, and a quality of life in the outdoors that is brag-worthy! You can choose to live in a rural or urban setting – with the city of Syracuse only a few miles away.  College sports, art and culture, festivals, excellent cuisine, and shopping are right at your fingertips.

Are water activities your thing?  We’re located right next to an inland lake and a short drive away from Lake Ontario – one of the five Great Lakes!  How about hiking?  Have you ever considered becoming a “46’er”?  You’re only a couple of hours away from hiking the 46 peaks of the majestic Adirondack Mountains (one at a time, of course!). Maybe fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling are more your style…we have that too!
