JOB DESCRIPTION

Our veterinary team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate, comprehensive care to the community we serve, and we hope you are too!  Highland Animal Hospital is expanding and we’re looking to build our amazing veterinary staff to fill our new state-of-the-art facility, opening in July 2023!

We are a busy, culture-centered, progressive practice offering advanced equipment and services.  We pride ourselves in providing a family-like environment that emphasizes training and individual growth.

As our practice continues to flourish, we’re working toward becoming AAHA and Fear Free certified to be able to provide the most compassionate care to our clients and their pets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We recognize that the Client Care Receptionist is responsible for visitors’ first impressions of our clinic, so we’re looking for a friendly face to greet our ever-growing client base.  Additionally, we’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid of being the Communication Coordinator between our doctors, technicians, assistants, and clients.

Our ideal candidate has their High School Diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of customer service experience.  Some other skills and traits that would be helpful are:
